Conditions of Use

I have been provided with access to the data in this system as part of client management, engagement, and support responsibilities.

  1. I will only access the information in this system for purposes which are relevant to my work.
  2. I am responsible for all actions taken on this system under my User ID.
  3. I will not share my login credentials.
  4. I understand that the actions I take under my User ID are logged.
  5. I will not disclose information in this system to any unauthorised third party. If I am uncertain, I will speak to my line manager.
  6. If accessing system from a non-office computer, I will not save my password on this computer.

Usage of this system also requires adherence to all other relevant conditions of data access and usage that your employer has. This includes conditions that are specific to your employer (for example, when, where, and what data systems can be accessed), as well as conditions expected of your employer (and by extension you) by the Australian Government. These form part of your conditions of employment with your organisation and you can request these at any time from your employer if you are uncertain.
